Biography: Age 29, Hugh Robert Anderson is a coal miner, and comes from North Island, New Zealand. This is his first T.T., but he has had many successes in his own country. He writes, in fact, "I have in New Zealand won every road race on the calender, including N.Z.T.T. Since arriving "-presumably in Europe-" have competed on the continent winning the 500 c.c. race, at Madrid."
Anderson is entered for the Junior and Senior by the New Zealand Auto Cycle Union, along with P.G.R. Pawson.
