Like so many other good men, Christmas graduated to the T.T. via the Manx Grand Prix Races. He rode a Scott in the Senior “Manx” of 1933 and ’34 and a Velocette in the Junior “Manx” of the latter year, when he finished seventh.
Made his T.T. debut in 1935, when he finished eleventh on a Velocette in the Junior and ninth on a Vincent H.R.D. in the Senior.
Rode a Velocette in both Junior and Senior in 1939. Retired early on in the Junior, but finished twenty-fourth in the Senior and gained a second-class replica.

Sadly died, aged 39, competing in the 1948 Senior TT.
