Biography: Age 29, William Desmond Fellows is a motor cycle dealer from Billingham-on-Tees and made his MGP debut in 1956. He has appeared at many short circuits, including Brough, Silverstone, Scarborough, Charterhall, Beveridge Park, Wingfield, Esholt and Croft and was also a competitor in the 1955 and 1956 Junior Clubman's events, finishing 19th and 25th respectively. In 1956 he was 39th in the Junior Manx and was 30th in the same event last year.
