Biography: Age 26, Keith Heckles is a radio and television engineer, and comes from Grassendale, Liverpool. He has ridden at several local short circuits with a second place in the 1,000 c.c. class at Rhydymwyn, and competed in the Manx for the first time in 1959, unfortunately having to retire in the second lap of the Junior. He did not race at all in 1960 - "No £ s. d." - but is back again this year, having already scored fourth places at Oulton Park and Prees Heath.
Keith's machine is a 1959 model in Clubman's trim, prepared for racing in 1959. Hobbies: Photography and Egyptian P.T."
