Biography: Junior - Velocette
Age 27, a photographer, of Aberdeen, Aminar K. Howth tells us that his racing successes to date come into the 'not many' category.
Last year he rode an A.J.S. in the Junior Manx Grand Prix. The machine was one of the first 7R's to be produced and was the actual model on which Sandy Kellas finished in both 1948 and 1949 Junior T.T. races. On this three-year-old model Howth finished fifth in the Junior Manx at 77.06 m.p.h. and received a replica.
Hobby: 'Cannot be disclosed for security reasons - his own.'
He is entered for this year's Junior race by John S. Thomson, of Greenock, Scotland.
