Biography: Age 29, Cyril Huxley is a coal miner and comes from Cliviger, near Burnley, Lancs. He has raced at a number of short circuits and in 1956 was 31st in the Junior Clubman's race. He was fourth in the 1957 350 c.c. Newcomers' race, and 32nd in the Junior M.G.P. the following day. In the 1958 Junior he was 27th at 81.50 m.p.h. with a Replica, but in the 1959 he finished sixth at 87.54 m.p.h.; and last year he did even better - fourth at 88.63.
Cyril has scored places at many short circuit meetings, and last July he was fifth in the 350 c.c. class of the Mid-Antrim "150". His A.J.S. is a 1960 model ex-Rob Fitton, whilsts his G50 is of this year's "vintage".
Hobbies: "Keeping the bikes in good shape, and the Football Pools."

He was fourth in the 1957 350 c.c. Newcomers’ race, and 32nd in the Junior M.G.P. the following day. In the 1958 Junior he was 27th at 81.50m.p.h., with a Replica, but last year he rode very well and finished 6th at 87.54 m.p.h.

Already this year he has had places at Catterick, Charterhall, Oulton, Ouston and Thornaby.
