Biography: Age 23, David Charles Moore is a motorcycle mechanic and comes from King's Langley, Herts. This is his first TT, but he has had a lot of racing experience on short circuits during the last two years and has collected first, second, third and fourth places at meetings such as Brand's Hatch, Castle Combe, Crystal Palace, Oulton Park and Snetterton.
