Biography: Junior - Velocette

Age 35, a motor engineer, of High Wycombe, Bucks, Ralph Seymour rode at Brooklands before the war, and has won three Manx Grand Prix replicas - in the Junior in 1947 and in both Senior and Junior in 1948, in which he finished twelfth and fifteenth respectively.

He rode in the 'Manx' again in 1949 on a Velocette in the Junior and a Norton in the Senior. He retired in the former race, but finished twelfth in the Senior at 77.75 m.p.h., just outside replica time.

He is entered by A.W. Harrison and Sons Ltd. for this year's Junior race.
