Biography: Age 28, Jack Simpson is a Thermal insulator, and comes from Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. This is his second year of racing and he has ridden at Aintree, Cadwell Park, Catterick, Charterhall, Oulton, Scarborough, Silverstone and Snetterton, and has usually got into the finals. He has won a heat at Cadwell Park and a Newcomer's race at Oulton. He rode in the Junior Manx for the first time last year, but his luck was out—he had to retire on Lap 1. His machine is a 1959 model, ex-Jack Adams.
