Biography: Age 21, Noel Stephenson is a farmer, and comes from Preston, near Hull. He has raced at Cadwell Park, Charterhall and Mallory Park, and in the Irish Carrowdore and Tandragee "100's"; in the latter race, last year, he came home fourth in the 350 c.c. class on a B.S.A. Gold Star. His machine for this year's M.G.P. is a 1960 Manx model, ex- R.H. Carman. Hobby : "Girls."
