Biography: Age 39, Norman Sweetman is a clerk in the motor trade and comes from Liverpool. He started racing at Park Hall, Oswestry in 1939 and has since competed at Aintree, Altcar, Alton Towers, Brough, Cadwell, Kirkby Mallory, Oulton Park, Rhydymwyn. He has also been to Ireland and has had finisher's awards in the Temple 100 and the Carrowdore 100. He has had three rides in the Isle of Man Clubman's Races, finishing 24th in 1955 and 36th in the same race the next year. Hobbies: "Trying to pay for it."
