Biography: Age 36, Adalbert Wolfgang Walczak is a toolmaker from New Cubbington, Leamington Spa. He has raced extensively at short circuits, and in the 1956 Junior Ciumban's came in 37th, whilst in the 1957 350 c.c. Newcomers' race he finished 25th. He rode a B.S.A, in the 1958 Junior Manx into 46th place at 76.40 m.p.h., whilst in 1959 he was 49th in the Senior on a Norton. He did not ride in the Manx last year.
Adalbert writes of himself:— "Ex-Artillery mechanic in a U-boat, depth charged October 1944 prisoner-of-war until February, 1948. Now married and living in this country." Hobbies: Sport in general. (TT Special, 7 September 1961, p.13)
