Biography: Age 33, D. J. Wildman is a mechanic, who comes from Kent but emigrated to Canada in 1952. He started racing there the same year in the 200 c.c. class and in the 500 c.c. Clubman's class on an A.J.S. In 1954, when he came over to the Isle of Man, he brought Ted Havens' 500 c.c. Manx Norton, and he has been racing Nortons ever since.
In 1958 and again in 1959, he was winner of the Unlimited c.c. Burritt Trophy race, which is British Columbia's major racing event. He entered for both Junior and Senior T.T. races last year, but had no luckāhe was a non-starter in the Junior and was flagged off as a non-finisher in the Senior. Hobby: 35 mm. photography.
