Biography: Criminal case. Along with Patrick Collins, High Bailiff Quirk's order for disorderly conduct to enter into bonds and pay expenses. Thomas allowed to be discharged by the Lieutenant Governor on his entering into his own bond. Patrick allowed to be discharged on his leaving the Island which he did this day.
