John Mylroie spent the last years of his life living with his son Arthur at Ballacosney on the main road in Glen Vine. They had 'retired' there from the Nab Farm on the top road. John told me many tales from his youth. The most memorable of these was of seeing the bodies being brought down to Laxey from the Snaefell Mine at the time of the disaster. - Chris Williamson Report this
