Description: Autograph book with signature of pre-Second World War motorcycle racers. Contains images of the riders with their signatures- including Ernie Thomas, Fergus Anderson, M.D. Whitworth, E.A. Mellors, Stanley Woods, J.E. Little and 'Crasher' White. Blue leather binding, with 'autograf' embossed with gold on front cover. Inscribed 'Peter McAdam, Silvercraigs, Queen's Promenade, Douglas, IOM'. The autographs were collected by a friend of the donor, J.E. Little, who would stay with the family at their boarding house 'Silvercraigs' whilst he competed in the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy (TT) races.
J.E. Little could be Jimmy Little who appears on the TT database as competing in 1939.
