Harmonica
Date made: late 19th-early 20th century
Description: Musical instrument. This double-reed harmonica is made of silver metal, gold metal, and red painted wood. The outer decorative casing is silver onto which is impressed 'BOW BELLS, M. HOHNER, GERMANY'. On the other side is the trade mark symbol of two hands showing a round shield with other shields either side. The “Bow Bells” name suggests that this harmonica was intended for the London market.
