Summerland t-shirt

Description: White cotton t shirt, printed with white, orange, red circular logo and 'SUMMERLAND, DOUGLAS IOM'. This item was presented to the donor whilst working at the Crescent Hotel in 1973, by the organist who played in the resident group at Summerland. On the night of the Summerland fire (2 August 1973), survivors were coming into the Crescent and the donor was among those serving tea to them in the bar. It is not known if the organist survived the fire, but it was thought that he went back in during the fire to retrieve his music.
