Cotton Striped Quilt

Description: A striped patchwork quilt with a top made of twelve stripes of cotton dress fabric. Each stripe is of a similar pattern, though in different colours. All of the fabrics have a white background with a fine stripe and sprig pattern in pink, blue and grey.
The quilt is backed and bound with plain white cotton with straight lines of machine quilting in white cotton thread. The quilt does not contain any filling.
The quilt is from the home of Miss Abigail Faragher, Earystane Smithy, Arbory.
