Description: This political cartoon was drawn for the Isle of Man Times newspaper by the cartoonist Harold 'Dusty' Miller.
Most of Miller's cartoons were satirical, and one of his favourite subjects was the ongoing squabbles between the House of Keys and Douglas Corporation, the largest local authority on the Island. This cartoon shows the two at loggerheads once again.
Miller was born in Liverpool and came to the Isle of Man in 1926 when he married a Manx woman. He was a self taught artist, and worked as a newspaper cartoonist from the 1930s to the 1950s.
