Description: An English-pieced cotton patchwork quilt with Turkey red appliqué lattice and a diamond edge along two sides.

The quilt is backed with an unbleached white sheet.

This patchwork quilt was made by Mrs Caine, mother of Miss Bessie Caine, and was donated to the Manx Museum by members of the Trinity Ladies Working Circle, Trinity Methodist Church, Douglas.

Measurements: overall: 228 cm x 228 cm x 1 cm
