Metamorphosed sandstone
Description: Dusky yellow, very fine-grained, feldspathic sandstone with possible planar lamination. Mm-scale quartz veins and growths of black, dendritic manganese oxide? on some surfaces. See letter files, Manchester Museum opinion (dendritic lead).
