Description: Two gun flints from the garden of Finch Hill House, Douglas.- collected by late owner, Dr Dorothy Pantin.
The Isle of Man's first female surgeon, Dorothy Pantin wasresponsible for a remarkable drop in the death-rates of mothers in birth by her methods which revolutionised maternal health care.
