Crazy Patchwork Panel

Description: An unfinished crazy patchwork panel possibly intended to be used as a cushion cover. The panel contains silks, velvets and brocade in a variety of colours. The random shapes are over-stitched in a variety of coloured embroidery threads.

The panel is sewn onto a white, blue and yellow striped piece of flannelette. Each shape is machined onto the flannelette in a random pattern with the edges subsequently covered in decorative over-stitching.

This patchwork panel is from the Joughin family of Cronk Bane, Bride.

Measurements: overall: 41cm x 41cm
