Description: Belvedere Hotel ceramic door nos. Oval, white, ceramic discs with flat backs and domed top. Glazed top with black numbers and holes either side to screw to door.
1. to 32. Nos. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30,31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 44, 47, 48, 49, 50.

35. and 36. ceramic oval signs, glazed, 2 screw holes. 'W.C.' in black lettering.
37. to 40. Larger ceramic oval signs.
The Belvedere Hotel finally closed in 1988. By the 1990s various parts of the Douglas promenade were redeveloped for new office and apartment developments, including the Belvedere Hotel.
