Description: Belvedere Hotel brochure. Pale aquamarine stripped thin card with black printing. Glossy paper insets, aquamarine with black printing and copies of B/W photos. Description of hotel, facilities, location and photos of front lounges, dining room and cocktail bar. Green paper centre insert - booking form to pull out. Printed by Bridson and Horrox Ltd. Found in 'attic' space above office behind bar (discarded).
The Belvedere Hotel finally closed in 1988. By the 1990s various parts of the Douglas promenade were redeveloped for new office and apartment developments, including the Belvedere Hotel.
