Description: Two rings made by an internee from Metropole Camp, Douglas, during the Second World War. Made for Richard Shimmin, a guard at the camp.
1] Ring with rectangular section with initials 'LS' Roughly carved. 2.2 cm Diameter. Rectangular section 1.12 cm x 0.9 cm square.
2] Ring with oval section with two diagonal grooves and 'L' embossed in copper coloured metal. 2.1 cm diam x oval sec, 1.6. cm x 0.9 cm.
