Description: Leather buttons made by female internees at Rushen camp, Port Erin, Second World War. Made from leather off-cuts or scraps collected from local shoe makers in Port Erin. 4-6 Dark blue leather buttons with burgundy suede stripe running round edge (a large running stitch).
