Minature Dresser

Description: Miniature dresser with bun feet, two full-width drawers with wooden knob (turned) handles, some inlaid trim missing, marquetry on sides of cupboards, cupboard on top with mirror-fronted arched doors and turned knob handles, two shelves inside. Arched top with three finials and date stamped in star design '1893' with marquetry above of masonic symbol (set square and dividers).

One of several pieces made by Thomas Craine (when he was an apprentice) for his future wife, Margaret Watterson.
