Pipe Stopper

Description: Made by Caesar Brew, miller (Isle of Man) and turned wooden Pipe with cross-hatched metal end used by him.

Caesar Brew, miller married Rebekah Cubbon at Lezayre, January 1877. On the 1881 census Caesar Brew with wife Rebecca [sic] appears as a Railway Porter living at Ballaugh. They appear on the 1891 census at 3 Marsden Street, Ramsey with Caesar once more a miller.
