Date made: early 19th century
Description: Red felt and silver bullion sabretache Dispatch Case, with red leather cover and complete with belt straps. Battle honours 'Peninsula' and 'Waterloo' suggest a date of post 1815, but may be earlier and updated? Used by Caesar Bacon whilst serving with 23rd Light Dragoons.
