Description: Satirical cartoon drawn for Isle of Man Times newspaper. Shows ARP stores burning down behind a fireman.

This cartoon appeared on 31 May 1941, with the caption "What about a job as a firewatcher? Don't be silly, we haven't had our second fire yet." This is a reference to the fact that ARP stores had to be re-ordered as much was lost in a fire at ARP headquarters.
