Rushen Camp internee-made toy train engine
Date made: 1940-1944
Description: A handmade wooden train, model steam engine. Black painted wheels, green painted chassis and red painted cab and engine, boiler with black funnel. Screwed and nailed construction.
Purchased by donor's aunt (Miss Kathleen Jones) from Rushen Internment Camp shop at Spaldrick. Probably made by male internee from the married camp (Bradda).
