Cotton Striped Quilt

Description: A striped patchwork quilt with each stripe made of a white cotton fabric with a purple print. There are three patterns, one a sprig pattern, the other two with the same flower motif with either a lined or spotted background.

The quilt is backed with a white cotton sheet and is hand-quilted in a zig-zag pattern with white cotton thread. The quilt is hemmed at the edges and does not contain any filling.

The quilt is from the donor's grandparents, the Mylchreests of Ballaharra, German and Ballamenagh, Lonan.

Measurements: overall: 220 cm x 212 cm
