Cheese Press
Description: Cheese press of upright wooden staves bound with ash bands, the ends of which overlap. There are no nails or metal fastenings, only 4 wooden pegs or dowels at the base and above, the bands, to keep them in position. Belonged to donor's Aunt Mary Moore, of the Dhowin family.
