Three Sharpening Stones (Whetstone)
Date made: 19th century
Description: Three sharpening stones of Manx slate stone for sharpening joiner's planes etc. from the basement of Geo. Green's house. Mr Green is a joiner and the trade has been in the Green family for some generations. These stones have been lying there at least 80 years.
