Dolomite
Description: Pale yellowish brown, large, euhedral dolomite rhombs sitting on a mass of finer dolomite, quartz, chalcopyrite and galena. Only one sample found, as described. The original sample description says, "Sample 4: subhedral galena crystals and a pale green, glassy mineral (calcite?) in a pale brown, very fine-grained matrix. Pseudomorphs of large euhedral galena crystals where the crystal has dissolved out leaving the "mould" of the crystal behind. Sample 3: fine, white calcite crystals in mammilar form secreted around a core of translucent calcite, possibly formed as a stalagmite/stalagtite. Sample 1: large mass of fine to coarse, euhedral calcite prisms, occuring in "stringy" aggregations."
