Guitar template made by Ami Faragher, 'Twisted Angels' rhythm guitarist

Date made: 2002-2007

Maker: Faragher, Ami

Description: Musical instrument. This simulacrum of an electric guitar was made and "played" by Ami Faragher, the rhythm guitarist with Manx all-girl rock/punk band, 'Twisted Angels' in the early 2000s. The guitar is painted silver, and has three pickups.

The 'Twisted Angels' were part of a thriving Manx music scene in the early Twenty-First Century. The band formed at school in 2002, and like many of their contemporaries cut their teeth at The Trafalgar pub in Douglas, dubbed the spiritual home of modern Manx music. Their album Alter Ego was signed for worldwide distribution and they undertook three UK tours in 2005 and played at the TT festival in 2006.
