Rushen Internment Camp shell necklace

Description: A handmade shell necklace made by a female internee in Rushen Internment Camp during the Second World War. The small yellow and white seashells are strung on a piece of white string with a metal hook and eye at either end to fasten the necklace. The necklace belonged to the donor and her sister, Rosemarie and Anita Dalheim.
