Description: Winner's wreath from the 2007 Isle of Man Tourist Trophy (TT) Sidecar 'A' race, won by Dave Molyneux with Rick Long aboard machine 2008-0276.
Red sash with white lettering BAVARIA SIDECAR RACE A WINNER & 2007 Bennetts TT logo. Leaves appear to be real but possibly coated with preservative. Also stained with champagne from the podium.
Bavaria beer sponsored sidecar races in early 2000s.
Dave Molyneux is the most successful Manx TT competitor and the most successful sidecar competitor. This victory, the first of two in 2007's TT, was particularly satisfying for Molyneux, marking as it did his return following a serious crash in 2006.
