Rushen Camp internee-made model boat

Description: A handmade model boat, probably made by a civilian internee in the Rushen Internment Camp during the Second World War. The handpainted galleon-style boat is on a small stand and has painted cloth sail and rigging (some broken).
The handmade model boat belonged to the donor's aunt, Kathleen Jones, who worked in the Rushen Internment camp as a Manx civilian worker in Camp administration.
