Description: A handknitted cream woollen baby's dress made by a female internee at Rushen Internment Camp during the Second World War.
The item was made by female internees in the Rushen internment camp for the donor when she was a baby (c.1942-3). The donor’s parents had a coal merchants in Port St Mary and her aunt had a boarding house in Port Erin.
