Carl Fogarty motorcycle racing boots
Date made: 1992
Description: A pair of Fieldsheer motorcycle boots worn by Carl Fogarty at the 1992 Senior Tourist Trophy (TT) race. White leather with pink shin guards and 'Acid Worm' style patterning. Heavy wear and damage to both boots (it is believed that Fogarty continued to wear these boots through the 1992 season including an appearance at Daytona). NB the colour scheme and pattern is that used on Fogarty's World Superbike leathers from the 1992 season, so the boots originated with that set of leathers.
The 1992 Senior race was voted the greatest ever TT race by fans in 2007.
