Description: Pencil sketches produced by the donor's father Alfred Schwarzchild whilst interned on the Isle of Man, 1940 (he was a professional artist, forced to flee Germany by the Nazis). Unfinished sketch of a river scene. Reverse shows unfinished sketch map of Europe.
