Description: Pencil sketches produced by the donor's father Alfred Schwarzchild whilst interned on the Isle of Man, 1940 (he was a professional artist, forced to flee Germany by the Nazis). Group of pencil and ink sketches. Main image shows men seated at table. Smaller, unfinished sketches of hands. Reverse shows small unfinished sketch details including a bird on barbed wire.
