Description: A Howard o'clock t-shirt produced by Gef the Mongoose in homage to Howard Quayle’s daily ministerial updates throughout lockdown. Designed by local artist Laura Bowles with all profits going to the Manx Solidarity fund. Yellow t-shirt with white lettering, 'It's Howard o'clock' with a cartoon of Howard Quayle (the island's Chief Minister at the time) with a glass of red wine in hand. This is a reference to the fact that many people who were working from home took Quayle's daily 5pm briefing as the point at which to stop work for the day, and start an alcoholic drink. It was noted that alcohol consumption rose during the 2020 pandemic. New and unworn.
