Notes: Clause 108 stops children from accompanying their parents to the 'bar' in licensed premises so that special accommodation and supervision would have to be provided. In many cases witnesses confirmed this would not be possible. The Committee recommend that the House passes the Clause. Clause 109 was not considered. In bound volume of Government Reports Vol 10. 1908-1910.
