Biography: Age 27, W. Milne is a motor mechanic and comes from Cardenden, Fife. He has had experience of short circuit racing at most of the Scottish meetings, and rode in the 1958 350 c.c. Snaefell race. Unfortunately, however, he did not figure amongst the finishers. In 1959 he rode a Norton in the Junior Manx, but had to retire, but last year in the same event he came home 25th at 83.95 m.p.h., with a Replica.

Junior – Norton
